Bacon Apple Crisp
Sweet and Crisp for Fall
Ingredients:
- GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Diced)
- 4 Cups Apples (Diced)
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- ⅓ Cup Butter
- ¾ Cup Oatmeal
- ¾ cup Flour
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a greased baking dish, combine the diced bacon, apples, tablespoon of flour and half cup of sugar.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, oatmeal, 3/4 cup of flour, baking soda and salt. Sprinkle over the top of the apple mixture.
- Bake for approx. 30 minutes.
- Serve warm and with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
